What is 'My Account'?

‘My Account’ is a one-stop for all the information related to your order(s). It gives you the complete control to do the following:

  • Edit your personal information like Name, address, etc.
  • Change password
  • Cancel an order 

 

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Studio Indigene?

No. One does not need to register/have an account to shop on Studio Indigene. One can place an order as a guest user.

 

How can I find out if studioindigene.com delivers to my PIN Code?

Our delivery partners cover most parts of the country, however, if it so happens that a pincode is not serviceable, the customer will receive an email from our end, and will be refunded in full.

 

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment is authorised and your order is completed, you will receive an email from Studio Indigene confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive an SMS confirming the same, depending on the personal information provided.

 

Do you take orders over the phone?

No. We do not take orders on the phone. The customer would have to place the order by themselves. One could call the customer care support for any difficulties faced during placing the order.

 

How do I check the current status of my orders?

’My Account' would provide you with complete information about your order including the status. In ‘My Account’, you could click on ‘My Orders’ to get the complete details of your order.

 

I have already placed my order. Can I add more items to the same order?

No. Once the order is placed, you wouldn’t be able to add more items in it. You can place another order for the items missed out though.

 

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping is free of cost across India. 

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time varies depending on the shipping address. Typically, it takes 5-7 days on placement of order. In case of a delay due to unavoidable external circumstances, we will notify you via e-mail.

 

How are orders placed on studioindigene.com delivered to me?

Once the order is placed, Studio Indigene ships out the order through one of our various courier partners. All these partners are reputed logistic service providers. Once your order has been shipped you will get an e-mail and SMS informing you the details of courier partner and tracking ID using which you can track your shipment. Furthermore, we would also share the estimate delivery dates via SMS and email.

 

Does Studio Indigene deliver outside India?

You can place orders from across the world but delivery addresses are restricted to India. We are currently not doing international shipping of products.

 

How does the delivery process work?

Studio Indigene uses reputed logistics to deliver products to your door steps. Once your order is placed, one of our logistic partners would pick the product from us and deliver it to you.

 

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order is placed, Studio Indigene assigns your order to one of our courier partners. An e-mail/SMS would be sent to your registered e-mail address/phone number with the details of the courier partner along with the tracking ID. You can track the order using the tracking ID on their respective website.

 

Does Studio Indigene have a retail store?

No, as of now, our products are available on our website, www.studioindigene.com, as well as a few online platforms we have partnered with.
